General: High Point Design, LLC., ("Fuzzy Babba" or collectively, "us," "we" or "our"), operate this website (the "Site") under license from The Moret Group. fuzzybabba.com is operated independently from The Moret Group, its parents and affiliates. This document sets forth the terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") of this Site, and incorporates herein by reference our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully and to contact us if you have any questions. Also, because it may be necessary for us to make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time, you should review the Terms and Conditions regularly. By visiting and using the Site after we have posted changes, you agree to follow and comply with the changes.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless High Point Design, LLC., its affiliates and related companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, owners, licensors, licensees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, any services related to the Site or any linked site.
Miscellaneous: These Terms and Conditions and any operating rules for the Site established by us constitute ours and your entire understanding with respect to the use of the Site. We control and/or operate the Site from offices in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to personal jurisdiction by the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York State. No waiver by use of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
HPD Social & Ethical Compliance Principles
High Point Design is committed to responsible sourcing that require our partner facilities to maintain a certain social compliance standard to ensure our products are manufactured in an ethical manner with minimal impact on the environment. Our beliefs are based upon the following principles that form of our social, ethical & environmental program.
- A Safe Healthy & Clean Workplace that is in full compliance with local labor laws & regulations, along with any applicable international laws. Facilities must prioritize worker health & safety above all else and ensure clean basic necessities such as clean drinking water, restrooms, adequate medical resources, fire safety equipment and exits, well lighted workstations and provide safe dormitories for living if needed.
- The prohibition of forced, compulsory or trafficked labor with absolutely no imposition of any mental, physical or financial coercion towards employment.
- No Discrimination of employment, pay or promotion based on race, gender, personal characteristics or beliefs but only upon a person’s abilities to do the job.
- Reasonable Working Hours that do not exceed local laws or business customs where workers shall have at least one day off a maximum 48 hour workweek with a cap of 12 hours overtime.
- Fair Compensation & Benefits including minimum wages in compliance with local laws, premiums for overtime & holidays, and any mandatory social & medical insurances required by regional laws. In addition, we encourage our factories to improve wages & benefits to address the basic needs of workers & their families.
- No Child Labor , which we define as being below the local minimum working age or age 15, whichever is greater.
- No Bribery or attempts to influence audit results or business decisions. We strive to work with factories that aspire to the highest ethical standards in their business practices.
- Facilities must maintain Security procedures to guard against the introduction of non-manifested cargo into shipments.
- Facilities must operate in compliance with all Environmental mandated local rules, laws & regulations and is further encouraged to minimize their impact on the surroundings and global resources.
HPD will not knowingly work with any factories that do not uphold and maintain these standards.
HPD Company Sustainability Policy
High Point Design LLC strives to create a quality product with minimal impact on the environment throughout its supply chain. Our approach to business is guided by leadership that is concerned for sustainability & the relationship with the environment.
Our manufacturing facilities maintain a standard of environmental compliance to all applicable laws & regulations through accredited 3rd party independent audits. Any irresponsible environmental issues are immediately addressed and continued improvement of sustainability performance is driven by corrective action procedures by the way of CAP reports with submitted evidences.
Our corporate offices work to reduce all disposable waste by recycling where practically possible & is continuing to reduce water and energy consumption by constantly replacing older equipment with higher efficient alternatives.
Through global initiatives of stricter environmental codes of conduct, recycling, supply chain transparency & increased awareness towards the importance of the preservation of our natural resources, High Point Design will continue to encourage our business partners to aim to minimize greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, waste & overall carbon footprint.
